Here is a little something that we here at Raincity have been listening to religiously since January. Its big, its loud, its weird, and its has some great bass. Meet "Bambounou" and his new "Alpha EP". The title track will warp you mind along with some of the available remixes.
I was unaware of Bambounou for the longest time but shortly after his visit to our fair city of Vancouver he was at the top of every playlist. He came along side French Fries and played one of the best sets I've seen in a while. However, unfortunately he played to a somewhat private audience at Post Modern Dance Bar in Gastown. I can't wait for Bambounou to come back again and with any luck, come back to the packed venue he deserves. Enjoy!
